The Brief

Tata Docomo observed that millions of Tata Photon prepaid customers had to go through a long process to access their account details & current usage. The brief was to cut it down significantly.

The Idea

We launched a search-based facility: My Account on Google, that delivered real time usage information through Google Search, in a single click (served as a paid-search result)

The Results

  • Over 2 million search results served in 3 months
  • Over 300,000 customer registered for the facility
  • 15% drop in calls to the call centre facility
  • Over a hundred & thousands of happy customers, free to do exciting stuff with the time.
