ibs started off as a software company with special focus on building CMS and e-commerce platforms. Even as early as 2003 when the e-commerce was unheard of ibs built the e-commerce platform for the likes of Bajaj Electricals and Morphy. Even today ibs has technology as its DNA while it has diversified into all aspects of digital marketing. Ibs today is a 360 degree integrated digital marketing company providing every service that is needed by clients to succeed. Our most successful engagements have been where we have worked for extended periods of time across multiple touchpoints. For example, for Tata Docomo we handled all digital duties for the brand till before launch for over five years. This included Social, Digital marketing, Media, SEO, Technology, Websites, Applications and integrations with legacy systems. ibs has experience in enterprise grade solutions including integrating with SAP and Oracle EBS. We work on Adobe Experience Manager as well as on industry leading open source platforms like Umbraco and Magento. We are also a Microsoft Gold Certified ISV partner for the last seven years.

ibs was founded as an e-commerce software company, bags first e-com site project for Bajaj Electricals and Morphy Richards much before the e-com boom in India

2006 – 2008

ibs bags the website contracts of Samsung and Tata Indicom against much larger incumbents. Launches its e-commerce platform PowerPortal. Croma chooses ibs over IBM for e-com


ibs crosses USD 1 million in revenue. Bags marquee clients like Tata Docomo, ITC Foods, P&G. Company diversifies into Social Media, CRM and Analytics. Becomes Microsoft Gold Certified Partner

2010 – 2017

ibs crosses USD 10 million in revenue, with over 150 employees across Mumbai, Gurgaon and Kolkata. Wins global accolades for industry defining innovations like Hashtag Banking for Kotak. Becomes most awarded digital company with over 100 awards. Files 2 patents. Enters products domain.
